Summary:

As a LLM Model Developer, you will engage in the intricate process of fine-tuning Large Language Models. Your typical day will involve working on instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation, focusing on enhancing the relevance and performance of models in specific contexts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the models meet the desired specifications and contribute to innovative solutions in the field of artificial intelligence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with team members to identify areas for model improvement and optimization.
Conduct experiments to evaluate model performance and implement necessary adjustments.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques.
Experience with model evaluation metrics and performance tuning.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Java.
Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
