We are looking for a highly motivated Partnerships & Growth Executive to work directly with the founders and play a key role in expanding our partner ecosystem, strategic alliances, revenue opportunities, and market presence.

Role Overview

This role combines partnership development, alliance management, ecosystem growth, business development, and strategic initiatives across SAP and Vistolane. You will work with enterprises, partners, educational institutions, travel organizations, government bodies, and industry stakeholders to drive growth and long-term business value.

Key Responsibilities
SAP Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth

Build and manage relationships with SAP, SAP Partners, System Integrators (SIs), ISVs, consulting firms, and enterprise customers.
Identify opportunities across SAP PartnerEdge, SAP BTP, SAP Store, co-selling, co-innovation, and ecosystem programs.
Manage partner pipelines and support alliance-driven growth initiatives.
Represent the company in SAP events, webinars, partner programs, and ecosystem engagements.
Support SAP-focused go-to-market activities, outreach campaigns, and strategic partnerships.

Alliance Sales & Revenue Growth

Identify, pitch, negotiate, onboard, and manage strategic partners across enterprise, education, travel, recruitment, and government sectors.
Drive new business opportunities through referral, reseller, channel, implementation, co-selling, white-label, and OEM partnerships.
Build and nurture long-term commercial relationships with high-value partners.
Conduct discovery meetings, product demonstrations, business presentations, and commercial discussions.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to convert partnership opportunities into revenue.
Support partnership agreements, commercial negotiations, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
Track partnership performance, activation, pipeline growth, and revenue targets.

Build and grow partnerships across the Application ecosystem, including:

Study Abroad Consultants
Universities & Colleges
Recruitment & Employer Partners
Travel Agencies
Visa & Immigration Partners
Accommodation Providers
Insurance Providers
Forex Partners
Government Bodies
Tourism Boards
Embassies & Trade Missions

Responsibilities include:

Prospecting and acquiring new partners.
Partner onboarding, activation, and relationship management.
Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiating commercial agreements and partnership models.
Launching co-marketing and co-selling initiatives.
Driving revenue growth through the partner ecosystem.

Growth Marketing & Strategic Initiatives

Support GTM campaigns, partner outreach, webinars, events, and co-marketing programs.
Contribute to thought leadership content, case studies, and ecosystem growth initiatives.
Research SAP-aligned investors, VCs, corporate venture arms, accelerators, grants, and innovation programs.
Support strategic partnerships, fundraising activities, and business expansion initiatives.

Founder Support

Prepare market research, ecosystem analysis, strategic briefs, presentations, and business reports.
Maintain CRM records, partnership databases, investor pipelines, and stakeholder information.
Track partnership performance, growth metrics, and business development progress.
Assist founders with strategic projects and high-priority growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For

2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Alliance Management, SAP Consulting, Growth, or Enterprise Sales.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation activities.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and collaborate across teams.
Understanding of SAP (S/4HANA, BTP, PartnerEdge, SAP Store) is a strong advantage.
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to work directly with leadership.
