Job Description

Experience: 7-8 Years

Location: Noida, Gurugram, Pune

Mandatory Skills:

API Automation (REST Assured), Automation Framework Creation & Development, Basic Build, Deployment & CI/CD Knowledge, Programming Language (Python), Test Case Creation and Execution, Test Design Practices (TDD), Test Reporting & Risk Management, Selenium, MS SQL

Key Responsibilities

. Design and architect scalable, maintainable, and reusable Python-based automation frameworks supporting UI, API, microservices, and integration testing.

. Define automation strategies, select appropriate tools, and establish best practices to maximize coverage, efficiency, and maintainability.

. Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines enabling shift-left testing and continuous delivery practices.

. Analyze system architecture and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure applications are built with testability, scalability, and performance in mind.

. Conduct code reviews of automation scripts and frameworks ensuring adherence to standards, performance optimization, and maintainability.

. Mentor and guide team members in Python automation frameworks, design patterns, and advanced testing techniques.

. Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and product teams to align quality engineering initiatives with business and technical goals.
