Required Skill Sets:

For Java Developer:

Good understanding of Core Java and OOPs concepts
Familiarity with frameworks like Spring or Hibernate (preferred)
Basic knowledge of SQL and databases

For Python / AI/ML Developer:

Knowledge of Python
Understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms
Experience with libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or similar (preferred)

For Software Tester:

Understanding of software testing concepts (manual & automation)
Knowledge of test case creation and defect tracking
Familiarity with tools like Selenium, JIRA (preferred)
