Position Summary

This Commercial Operations Manager for the GCC strengthens commercial performance by translating strategy into disciplined execution, actionable insights, and scalable operating practices. The role combines sales operations, analytics, forecasting, team leadership, and cross-functional program delivery. It serves as a key operational partner to commercial leadership, helping teams align on priorities, improve funnel performance, and execute growth initiatives across multiple markets and channels.

Primary Responsibilities

Commercial Execution & Cross Functional Leadership
Serve as the central execution partner for the commercial organization, translating strategy into measurable outcomes.
Coordinate cross functional teams to align on growth targets and priorities.
Establish and manage operating cadences (weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews) to drive accountability, execution discipline, and timely decision making.
Identify execution gaps, resource constraints, and dependencies; proactively remove bottlenecks impacting performance.
Performance Management, Analytics & Forecasting
Own dashboards, funnel analytics, and KPI frameworks across markets, segments, and channels.
Track the end-to-end commercial funnel from lead generation through conversion and revenue, identifying opportunities for improvement
Build accurate short term and long term revenue forecasts, partnering with stakeholders to assess risks and upside opportunities.
Partner with Finance to track commercial outcomes, ROI, and forecast implications of growth initiatives.
Strategic Programs, Pilots & Market Expansion
Support the rollout and scaling of strategic commercial initiatives, including: partner activation models, promotional and pricing pilots, digital demand channels, and new-market programs.
Define success measures, execution plans, ownership, and review mechanisms for each initiative.
Capture learnings and translate and successful approaches into repeatable playbooks.
Sales Operations & Process Optimization
Strengthen CRM data integrity, pipeline hygiene, and reporting adoption.
Simplify and automate reporting workflows to reduce manual effort and accelerate insights.
Support territory planning, quota setting, capacity modeling, and resource allocation.
Identify process and automation opportunities to improve commercial productivity.
Stakeholder Partnership & Executive Support
Act as a trusted operational and analytical partner to regional leadership.
Translate performance data into clear executive narratives and decision briefs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong analytical, modeling, and structured problem solving skills
Expertise in CRM and BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI)
Proven ability to drive execution across cross functional teams without direct authority
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of GTM mechanics
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive storytelling skills

The base salary range advertised represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. The base pay is only one aspect of the Total Rewards Package that will be offered to the successful candidate.
