What would you do

You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
Posting journal entries preparing balance sheet reconciliations reviewing entries and reconciliations preparing cash forecasting statement supporting month end closing preparing reports and supports in audits and invest banking
Develop and deliver solutions to insurance companies that insure underwritten policies with other institutions in order to offset their risk exposure. What are we looking for
Primary skill - Reinsurance - P1
Experience minimum 5 Years
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Actuarial Field
Knowledge of claim life cycle and reserve methodologies
Any P and C Insurance related certification course will be an added advantage Roles and Responsibilities:
Hands-on experience in performing GL account reconciliations
Prepare and Review complex reconciliations and accounting entries.
Support Complex accounting of Insurance technical transactions IBNR , OSLR , DAC , FAS5 etc.
Manage month-end close and reporting timelines.
Perform reserve movement and variance analysis.
Support regulatory and management reporting requirements.
Analyze variances and escalate issues timely.
Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.
