Description

Amazon Shipping India is looking for a driven and customer-obsessed Account Manager to join the Small & Medium Business (SMB) team. In this role, you will own and manage a portfolio of SMB shippers — including D2C brands and e-commerce sellers — and be responsible for driving shipment volume growth, improving shipper health metrics, and delivering an exceptional post-onboarding experience. You will serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned shippers, working cross-functionally with Operations, Program, Pricing, and Billing & Payment teams to remove barriers and unlock growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication and relationship management skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-informed environment, and passionate about helping small businesses scale through reliable logistics solutions.
