About NEM Digital

At Nothing Else Matters (NEM Digital), we humanize virtual relationships through our #DirectToFan Model, bringing together Data + Creativity + Technology to build meaningful relationships between brands and their audiences.

For 9+ years, we have worked with brands including Meta, Microsoft, Dulux, Sennheiser, and several D2C, DeepTech and consumer businesses.

Our philosophy is simple:

Brilliant Ideas. Ruthless Execution.

About the Role

We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive / Intern who enjoys working with people, solving problems and getting things done.

This is a hands-on agency role where you will work closely with clients and internal teams across creative, social media, media, technology and data.

You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, coordinating teams, managing timelines and ensuring that projects move from brief → idea → execution → delivery smoothly.

Previous advertising / digital / creative / media / martech agency experience is mandatory for the Executive role.

For an Intern, relevant agency internship experience is preferred.

What You Will Do

Client & Account Management

Manage day-to-day communication with clients.
Understand client briefs, requirements, expectations and business objectives.
Prepare briefs and communicate requirements clearly to internal teams.
Build strong, professional relationships with clients.
Keep clients updated on project progress, timelines and deliverables.

Project & Campaign Management

Coordinate with creative, social media, media, technology and other internal teams.
Maintain project timelines, trackers and follow-ups.
Ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
Identify bottlenecks early and proactively find solutions.
Take ownership of assigned projects from brief to execution.

Digital & Social Media

Support digital and social media campaigns across platforms.
Understand the basics of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat and WhatsApp marketing.
Participate in content planning, campaign execution and reporting.
Stay updated on digital, social media and advertising trends.

Research & Reporting

Conduct competitor, category, consumer and market research.
Assist with campaign reports, presentations and performance analysis.
Work with Excel / Google Sheets to organize and interpret data.
Convert information into clear, useful insights for clients and internal teams.

Creative & Strategic Thinking

Contribute ideas for campaigns, content and brand-building initiatives.
Question briefs constructively and identify opportunities to improve the work.
Think beyond simply executing instructions.
Understand how creative and digital activity can contribute to business objectives.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is curious, organized, proactive and comfortable taking ownership.

Must Have

0–3 years of experience in an advertising, digital, creative, media or martech agency.
Strong communication skills — written and verbal.
Comfortable interacting with clients.
Good understanding of digital marketing and social media.
Working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat and WhatsApp.
Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
Ability to create clear and visually appealing presentations.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Good attention to detail.
Logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Comfortable working with AI, technology, data and digital platforms.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced agency environment.

You Will Be a Good Fit If You

Enjoy figuring out how to get things done, not just what needs to be done.
Can handle clients professionally even when timelines are tight.
Can coordinate multiple teams without constantly being reminded.
Are comfortable asking questions when a brief is unclear.
Notice small errors before they reach the client.
Can turn a messy requirement into a clear action plan.
Have an interest in brands, advertising, culture, technology and digital media.
Take ownership of your work and follow things through to completion.
Want to eventually build a career in client servicing, account management, strategy or digital marketing.

Not a Fit If

This role may not be suitable if you:

Have no agency experience and are looking specifically for an in-house marketing role.
Prefer working only on social media posting/content creation.
Are uncomfortable with client communication and follow-ups.
Need highly structured instructions for every task.
Don't enjoy managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Are looking for a purely creative/design, performance-marketing or technical role.

What We Value

Ownership • Curiosity • Logical Thinking • Teamwork • Learning • Execution • Business Thinking

We don't just want someone who can execute a brief.

We want someone who asks:

Why are we doing this

Can we do it better

Will it actually make a difference to the brand or business

Why Join NEM Digital

Work with leading global and emerging brands.

Work at the intersection of Data + Creativity + Technology.
Take ownership of real client projects early in your career.
Work closely with experienced teams across multiple disciplines.
Learn how brands, campaigns and digital ecosystems are actually built.
Build a long-term career in client servicing, account management, strategy and digital marketing.
