Expected to be an SME.
Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members.
Support the development of project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management.
Strong understanding of IT service management processes and frameworks.
Experience with incident, problem, and change management within ServiceNow.
Ability to design and implement event management solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect ServiceNow with other platforms.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
