Drive the growth of our Condition Monitoring business in India and shape the future of predictive maintenance in renewable energy and industrial applications.

Your tasks

Achieve annual sales targets and drive revenue growth for Condition Monitoring Systems (CMS) hardware, software, and services
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, including proposals and tenders
Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the Indian markets
Identify and develop new business opportunities across OEMs, IPPs, utilities, and industrial customers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including presentations, visits, and after-sales support
Provide technical guidance on CMS solutions and collaborate closely with global teams and internal stakeholders

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics) or related field
Minimum 7 years of B2B sales experience in industrial or renewable energy markets
Strong network within OEMs, IPPs, EPCs, and industrial customers in India
Solid technical understanding of condition monitoring, vibration analysis, SCADA, and data analytics
Self-driven, customer-oriented professional with strong communication skills
Willingness to travel extensively within India
