Role Overview

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for driving execution, organizing complex workflows, and building a career in Project Management We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Project Management Intern to join our team.

In this role, you won't just be shadowing—you will actively drive project momentum. You will own meeting governance, maintain our task management systems, manage documentation, and ensure cross-functional teams stay on track. This position offers direct, hands-on experience managing operational workflows, optimizing processes, and mastering modern project management tools.

Key Responsibilities

Meeting Facilitation & Action Items: Attend key project meetings, capture precise Minutes of Meeting (MoMs), extract clear action items, and distribute structured updates to stakeholders promptly.
Zoho Workspace Management: Maintain and audit our Zoho Projects platform. Ensure all tasks, milestones, and deliverables are up to date with rich, accurate descriptions and correct task assignees.
Proactive Follow-Ups & Accountability: Drive execution by following up with cross-functional team members on outstanding action items, helping clear roadblocks, and maintaining deliverable timelines.
Centralized Documentation (Google Workspace): Create, structure, and maintain organized documentation, process guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and project repositories within Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Progress Tracking & Risk Identification: Monitor delivery timelines, track task dependencies, and proactively flag potential delays or resource bottlenecks to team leaders before they impact schedules.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Recent graduate (or final-year student) with a degree in Business, IT, Management, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
Demonstrated PM Passion: Demonstrated project management interest or leadership experience through extracurriculars (e.g., student clubs, event organizing, academic project leadership) or prior internship experience.
Tool Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive). Prior experience with PM software (Zoho Projects preferred, or Asana, Trello, Jira) is a strong plus.
Execution & Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to draft concise summaries and communicate assertively yet professionally across departments.
Detail-Oriented & Self-Driven: High attention to detail regarding data accuracy, task tracking, and documentation. You take ownership of tasks without needing constant micromanagement.
