What would you do

You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
Financial planning reporting variance analysis budgeting and forecasting
Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) refers to the processes designed to help organizations accurately plan, forecast, and budget to support the company s major business decisions and future financial health.
These processes include planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance reporting. What are we looking for
Primary skill - Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
CA or CMA or MBA in Finance, CPA Roles and Responsibilities:
Domain Expertise in Controllership Strategic Finance RTR FP&A
Experience in period end close
Ability to manage annual planning budgeting and forecasting and generate business insights
Good understanding of P&L Balance Sheet and Cash Flow all three financial statements
Good knowledge of accounting financial and operational principles
Experience in developing financial reports and metrics
Knowledge of IFRS Accounting Standards specifically IFRS 15 and IFRS 16
Ability to manage a team of 50 plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing fast paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with senior business counterparts
Excellent proficiency in MS Office
Experience in managing and driving projects across the business
Change advocacy
Ability to manage senior stakeholders and CXO communities
Transformation mindset to drive improvement initiatives
Experience working in a third party culture
Willingness to work in flexible and night shifts
