About The Role

The role involves working on critical, high-availability payment systems running on mainframe platforms to ensure stability, security, and uninterrupted service.

What You Will Be Doing

Work on Credit, Debit, and Prepaid card processing systems
Quickly resolve production issues and perform thorough root cause analysis (RCA)
Enhance system stability and reduce recurring incidents
Participate in system resiliency and disaster recovery (DR) activities
Automate manual processes wherever possible
Use monitoring tools to track performance, alerts, and system health
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams during issue investigations
Will be working in 24/7 Rotational Shifts

What You Bring

6 to 10 years experience in Mainframe to support banking applications related to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Prepaid Cards
Good Experience in CICS,DB2,JCL,VSAM,COBOL
Good Experience in automation
Proficiency in data monitoring tools
Knowledge of high availability and system resiliency concepts
Ability to handle critical production incidents independently

Added Bonus If You Have

Knowledge of REXX
Knowledge of Assembler
