We're hiring a Head of Growth Marketing for an ambitious and fast-scaling fintech SaaS platform that is simplifying cross-border payments and financial operations for modern businesses. What You'll Do

Growth Strategy & Execution: Own the growth marketing strategy end-to-end, leading performance marketing, SEO, social media, and partnerships, while identifying and scaling new marketing channels.
Audience Insight & Campaigns: Develop deep empathy for the target audience (B2B SMBs, freelancers) and translate that into campaigns that engage, acquire, and retain customers.
Funnel Optimization: Analyze, track, and continuously improve key metrics — drive volume, improve quality, reduce CAC, and optimize the marketing funnel across channels.
Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with customers, communities, industry bodies, and ecosystem partners that can accelerate growth.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing growth marketing team focused on experimentation, data-driven decisions, and results.

What We're Looking For

5–8 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, ideally in fast-paced startups.
Proven track record of driving measurable growth across multiple channels.
Strong analytical mindset with a bias for data-driven decisions and growth experiments.
Excellent communication skills — you can craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and inspire teams while rolling up your sleeves when needed.
Passion for startups, technology, and fintech, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Prior exposure to B2B or SMB marketing is a big plus.
