Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and deliverables.
Ensure adherence to best practices and standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment using Amazon Web Services.
Hands on experience in AWS Architecture + Terraform + Data Lake services.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-based applications.
Familiarity with automation tools and infrastructure as code concepts within cloud environments.
Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing cloud resources to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
This position is based at our Gurugram office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
