We are looking for a high-performing leasing professional to help bring leading corporates, MNCs, GCCs, Fortune 500 companies, and IT/ITES organizations to one of the region's most exciting commercial developments.

What You'll Do: Drive Corporate Leasing Growth

Lead leasing and occupancy strategy for Open Greens.
Identify, engage, and convert Fortune 500 companies, MNCs, GCCs, and enterprise occupiers.
Build and manage a strong pipeline through direct outreach, IPCs, consultants, and broker networks.
Structure, negotiate, and close high-value leasing transactions.

Build Long-Term Client Relationships

Develop trusted relationships with occupiers and decision-makers.
Ensure exceptional tenant experience and retention.
Act as the primary relationship owner for key corporate accounts.

Work Closely with Industry Stakeholders

Collaborate with leading IPCs, corporate real estate teams, and channel partners.
Represent Open Greens across industry forums, networking events, and client engagements.

Contribute to Brand & Market Positioning

Support branding initiatives, presentations, and corporate storytelling.
Provide market intelligence, leasing trends, and competitor insights to leadership.
Help strengthen Open Greens position as a preferred Grade A business destination in NCR.

What We're Looking For:

MBA (Marketing/Sales preferred).
3–8years of experience in Grade A commercial leasing, business parks, IT parks, or commercial real estate.
Strong relationships with corporate occupiers, IPCs, and real estate consultants.
Proven success in client acquisition, lease closures, and tenant retention.
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Exposure to project branding or commercial real estate marketing will be an added advantage.
