About the opportunity

Crossing Infotech is offering an Account / MIS Executive Internship for freshers and entry-level candidates interested in management information systems, Excel reporting, data management, and basic accounting operations.

This internship provides practical exposure to preparing MIS reports, maintaining records, organizing business data, supporting basic accounts-related activities, and creating regular operational reports. Interns will work with structured spreadsheets and reporting processes under appropriate guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Collect, organize, and update business data in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Maintain accurate records of transactions, operational data, and reports.

• Assist with basic accounting and reconciliation activities.

• Prepare data summaries and management reports.

• Perform data validation and identify discrepancies in spreadsheets.

• Maintain Excel trackers for business and operational activities.

• Assist with invoice, payment, expense, and transaction-related records.

• Support basic account reconciliation and documentation.

• Generate reports based on defined business requirements.

• Use formulas, filters, sorting, and PivotTables for data analysis.

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams to collect required information.

• Follow reporting formats, deadlines, and internal procedures.

• Maintain confidentiality of business and financial information.
