Responsibilities

Job Description

Prepare and cook meals according to menus and dietary requirements.
Ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies as needed.
Maintain records of food supplies and equipment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Skills

Strong cooking and food preparation skills.
Knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a cook in an educational or institutional setting.
Food safety certification is a plus.
