Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our Sales department as a Senior Relationship Officer specializing in Gold Loan products. This role demands a strategic individual who can manage and expand the bank's gold loan portfolio by building strong customer relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in secured lending, and possess the ability to assess customer needs, evaluate gold collateral, and deliver tailored financial solutions. This position plays a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to the bank's market leadership in gold loan offerings.

Responsibilities:-

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to promote gold loan products and services.
Conduct thorough assessment and verification of gold collateral to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Evaluate customer creditworthiness and repayment capacity to mitigate risks associated with gold loan disbursement.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline loan processing, documentation, and disbursement procedures for enhanced customer experience.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Provide expert guidance to customers on gold loan terms, interest rates, repayment schedules, and associated charges.
Monitor loan accounts regularly to ensure timely repayments and initiate recovery actions for overdue accounts.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting gold loan products.
Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights for senior management review.
Conduct training and mentoring sessions for junior sales staff to enhance team capabilities and product knowledge.
