What would you do

You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
Posting journal entries preparing balance sheet reconciliations reviewing entries and reconciliations preparing cash forecasting statement supporting month end closing preparing reports and supports in audits
This is the process of generating financial statements in accordance with client policies and statutory requirements.
Activities include IFRS to local GAAP reconciliation, updating notes accounts, XBRL tagging, preparing tax packs etc. What are we looking for
Primary skill - Statutory Reporting - P1
Education : Bachelor degree in Finance, Actuarial Sciences, Statistics , Accounting
Experience : Up to 6-8 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, with at least 4 years in R2R in insurance industry and 3+ years in Managerial role
Strong command of UEP,IBNR & OSLR concepts along with claim cost forecasting
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and data management tools Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead accounting for premiums, claims, reserves, reinsurance, and investment transactions.
Review journal entries, accruals, amortizations, and provisions.
Own month-end close governance and reporting. Manage stakeholder communications and issue resolution.
Ensure adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and control requirements.
Drive standardization and automation opportunities.
Lead a team and support performance management
Drive issue resolution and stakeholder management.
Develop dashboards and KPI reporting.
Mentor team members and support knowledge management.
