Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning

Strong knowledge on recruitment, must have good English fluent knowledge.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
Coordinate with manpower consultants and recruitment agencies when required.
Plan manpower requirements based on production, quality, R&D, sales, warehouse, and support functions.
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Coordinate interviews and selection with department heads.
Ensure timely joining and effective employee induction.

2. Employee Relations

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, absenteeism, and workplace issues.
Conduct employee engagement initiatives and address employee concerns.
Support management in resolving workplace conflicts.

3. Payroll & Attendance

Manage monthly attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll inputs for contractors
Coordinate with accounts/payroll teams for accurate and timely salary processing.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and manpower costs.

4. Statutory Compliance

Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Coordinate PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Factory-related requirements, and other applicable compliances with finance team
Maintain statutory registers, records, notices, and documentation.
Coordinate labour inspections, audits, and statutory submissions where required.
Factory/establishment licence and renewal coordination.
Contractor and contract labour documentation.
Maintaining statutory registers and records.
Supporting labour inspections and statutory audits.
Monitoring compliance-related notices and submissions.

6. Training & Development

Identify training needs across production, quality, R&D, warehouse, sales, and support teams.
Prepare annual training calendars with the help of quality team
Coordinate technical, behavioral, safety, GMP, hygiene, and compliance-related training.
Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.

7. HR Policies & Processes

Develop, implement, and periodically update HR policies and SOPs.
Establish effective systems for recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, promotion, transfer, leave, attendance, and separation.
Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies across departments.

Admin Activities

Managing office and factory administrative operations.
Housekeeping, security, canteen, transport, and facility management.
Monitoring office/factory infrastructure and maintenance requirements.
Managing stationery, uniforms, ID cards, and other employee requirements.
Vendor coordination and administration-related purchase activities.
Managing company vehicles and transportation arrangements.
Monitoring security and visitor management.
Maintaining administrative records, agreements, licenses, and AMC documents.
Coordinating meetings, events, employee functions, and official programs.
Supporting safety, emergency preparedness, and workplace discipline.
Managing employee accommodation, if provided by the company.
Handling courier, postal, travel, and other general administrative requirements.
