Job Description – Senior Brand Manager

Role Overview

Integrace Health is seeking a Brand Manager to drive the growth of its Women's Health and Orthopaedics portfolio. The role is focused on increasing prescription generation, expanding the prescribing base, and delivering timely strategic inputs to accelerate brand growth through customer insights and scientific marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute brand plans to drive prescription growth and market share.
Generate actionable market and customer insights through field visits, physician interactions, and exposure to ethnographic research.
Analyze prescription trends, competitor activities, and market data to identify growth opportunities.
Develop scientific promotional campaigns, visual aids, and marketing materials in collaboration with Medical Affairs.
Partner with Sales teams to strengthen brand adoption through effective training and promotional initiatives.
Support CMEs, KOL engagement programs, product launches, and other brand-building activities.
Track brand performance, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and recommend timely interventions for business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.

Qualifications

Master's degree (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred) with a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or another Science discipline.
8–12 years of pharmaceutical brand management experience.
Prior experience in Orthopaedics, gynaecology or related specialty therapies is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of prescription pharmaceutical marketing.
Ability to translate customer insights into effective brand strategies.
Exposure to ethnographic research or customer immersion is an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
