What You'll Be Doing

Handle day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, and financial operations.
Prepare P&L, MIS reports, and help management with financial insights.
Take care of GST, TDS, and other statutory filings (accuracy is your superpower).
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and banks when needed.
Help plan budgets, manage cash flow, and improve processes as we grow.
Work closely with the Head of Finance and founders to set up efficient systems.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts (manufacturing/startup experience is a plus).
Strong knowledge of accounting software like Tally.
Comfortable with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
A self-starter, someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and genuinely cares about doing things the right way.
