We help companies understand the tax policies and tax laws of governments around the world to plan and comply accordingly. Our teams leverage transformative technologies to deliver strategy and execution, from tax and regulatory obligations to operations and workforce management, to reduce risk and drive sustainable value.

We have competencies in Business Tax Services, Global Compliance and Reporting, Global Law, Indirect Tax, International Tax and Transaction Services.

Your Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Strong technical understanding of M&A tax advisory, including tax due diligence, transaction structuring, and deal support. Ability to analyze complex tax implications across mergers, acquisitions, and related corporate restructuring activities. Working knowledge of indirect and direct tax concepts relevant to transaction advisory engagements. Experience in preparing tax reviews, identifying key tax risks, and supporting documentation for client deliverables. Exposure to broader tax advisory work with the ability to apply core tax principles in fast-paced consulting environments.
