About the role

As the Global Process Owner (GPO) - Hire to Retire (H2R) you will be accountable for shaping and governing the end-to-end design, and continuous improvement of the global H2R process landscape. The role ensures standardisation, simplification, scalability, and business-alignment across the employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition through onboarding, performance, development, mobility, and offboarding.

This role sits at the heart of enabling an exceptional employee experience while ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and alignment with Reckitt's talent strategy. You will collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise (COEs), Global People Services (Shared Services), IT&D, and other Global Process Owners in Global business services to drive process design, technology enablement, and continuous improvement across the full hire-to-retire value chain.

Note: This role is not responsible for running day-to-day HR Shared Services operations. Instead, the GPO partners with Global People Services to deliver process improvements, automation, and simplification across all markets, ensuring operational execution aligns with process design and governance standards.

Your responsibilities

Define and own the global end-to-end H2R process strategy, standards, and governance framework
Lead global design authority for H2R processes including hiring, onboarding, core HR operations, payroll, time & attendance, and offboarding
Champion process harmonization and digitization across markets, in partnership with HR, IT, and GBS
Identify and deliver transformation opportunities that improve employee experience and operational performance
Ensure compliance with regulatory, policy, and data privacy requirements across the H2R process landscape
Drive adoption and optimization of H2R platforms (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, payroll solutions)
Monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement through KPIs and feedback loops

The experience we're looking for

Deep understanding of the HR function and full employee lifecycle, with extensive experience designing and leading global H2R processes in a multinational company
Demonstrated success in process transformation, automation, and employee experience enhancement. Proven experience as a H2R GPO or Head of HR Shared Services operations preferred
Hands-on experience with global HR technologies (Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, ATS, payroll systems)
Experience working in or closely with a Global Business Services or Shared Services model
Demonstrated expertise in process ownership, transformation, and governance
Proven ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across functions and regions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
Strong exposure to GBS ramp-up and mature environments, with a track record of scaling operations and evolving processes
FMCG or other high-volume, fast-paced industry background preferred
