Role Description The Sales and Marketing Management Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The trainee will support the sales and marketing team by engaging prospective and existing customers, explaining MatBook's platform and services, and assisting in closing sales opportunities. Daily activities include handling inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, following up on leads, and maintaining customer records in CRM tools. The trainee will help implement marketing campaigns, gather market feedback, and prepare reports on sales performance and customer trends. This role also involves participating in training sessions, learning sales processes and best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and business growth.
