Job Summary

As a Trade Lifecycle Manager III within the Securities Services Operations team, you will oversee the end-to-end process of securities settlements lifecycle. You will manage multiple markets globally, ensuring adherence to risk metrics related to reconciliations and settlement objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to resolve trade-related issues and enhance client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

Ensure timely processing and settlement of trades
Investigate and resolve trade-related breaks
Collaborate with internal teams for transaction processing
Perform root cause analysis to improve STP
Establish relationships with operations contacts
Partner with client service teams to streamline processes
Understand and manage risk management issues
Address day-to-day queries within SLAs
Escalate issues to team leader as needed
Enhance client behavior to reduce manual processes
Maintain strong understanding of risk management

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Understand financial markets and trade lifecycle
Communicate effectively across business levels
Operate in dynamic environments with tight deadlines
Utilize business intelligence tools proficiently
Hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
Work comfortably with data and analytics

Experience in custody/treasury operations
Understand SWIFT and cross-border payments
Self-starter with strong leadership skills
Learn quickly and mitigate risks proactively
Focus on achieving Best in Class results
Familiarity with foreign exchange and reconciliation rules
Experience in global custody operations
