Stakeholder & Partner Engagement: Serve as the central point of contact across business, technical, and external stakeholders. Align requirements, clarify delivery milestones, and manage client-facing documentation such as proposals, phase reports, and acceptance documents.
Risk & Quality Management: Proactively identify delivery risks and operational blockers. Collaborate closely with pre-sales, product, and operations teams to design mitigation strategies, improve delivery frameworks, and uphold service quality.
Process Optimization: Continuously refine delivery workflows and collaboration mechanisms to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction for cloud deployment and service projects.
AI-Enabled Project Management: Leverage AI-powered assistants and agent tools to support project workflow tracking, execution monitoring, risk identification and escalation, and budget and resource management across the project lifecycle.
