Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of software development activities with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and configuration management.
Experience in customizing and integrating software solutions within complex environments.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Familiarity with collaborative development tools and version control systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

This position is based at our Pune office.
