About The Role

We are looking for an analytical, modern, and outcome-oriented Senior SEO & AEO Specialist to manage organic growth strategies across a portfolio of B2B technology clients.

In this agency role, you won't just run traditional SEO campaigns-you will bridge technical SEO, high-intent keyword strategies, and cutting-edge Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) for platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews.

You must be a natural problem-solver who uses AI tools and automation to streamline repetitive execution, free up strategic bandwidth, and deliver clear pipeline results for multi-client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Advanced Keyword & Entity Strategy (SEO + AEO)
High-Intent B2B Keyword Mapping: Uncover non-branded, high-intent BOFU (Bottom-of-Funnel) keywords, intent clusters, and buyer queries that drive pipeline rather than just vanity traffic.
AEO & LLM Optimization: Identify entity relationships, brand citations, and prompt queries used across AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot).
Search Intent & Gap Analysis: Run competitive content gap analyses to map buyer journeys across traditional search SERPs and AI response outputs.
On-Page & Content Optimization
AEO Content Engineering: Structure and optimize client content for direct retrieval by LLMs-focusing on concise answer blocks, clear headers, schema alignment, and authoritative citations.
On-Page Execution: Optimize meta tags, heading hierarchies, internal linking structures, CTA placements, and content freshups across client web properties.
AI-Assisted Content Briefs: Produce detailed, data-backed content briefs using AI workflows to scale quality output for client writing teams.
Technical SEO & Site Architecture
Comprehensive Audits: Perform deep-dive technical audits across complex B2B sites.
Technical Fixes: Resolve issues related to crawlability, indexability, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, page speed, canonicalization, and XML sitemaps.
Schema & Structured Data: Implement advanced schema markup (Organization, Product, Article, FAQ, TechArticle) to strengthen site entities for both search engines and LLM indexers.
Off-Page & Brand Authority
Digital PR & Citation Strategy: Build brand authority and digital footprint through high-quality B2B backlink profiles, unlinked mention reclamation, and strategic guest placements.
LLM Visibility Building: Drive inclusion in trusted third-party review sites (G2, Capterra, Gartner), tech publications, and industry directories that modern LLMs use as grounding data.
AI-Powered Automation & Workflow Scaling
Task Automation: Leverage custom GPTs, APIs, or automation platforms (Make, Zapier, Python scripts) to automate repetitive tasks like meta creation, internal link mapping, technical monitoring, and keyword clustering.
Workflow Optimization: Use AI tools to accelerate strategy creation and analysis without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
Analytics, Client Reporting & Growth Ownership
Multi-Client Portfolio Management: Simultaneously balance campaign strategy, technical execution, and project timelines across 4–6 B2B tech accounts.
Data & Attribution Modeling: Analyze performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and BI tools (Looker Studio) to track traffic, conversions, MQLs, and SQLs.
Client Presentations & Communication: Translate complex technical data into clear business narratives. Lead monthly/quarterly strategy calls with CMOs, VP of Marketing, and demand gen leaders.
Problem Solving & Result Delivery: Proactively identify drop-offs or algorithm impact, pivot strategies rapidly, and take personal accountability for achieving quarterly KPIs (pipeline growth, keyword ownership, AI share of voice).

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on SEO/AEO experience, with a heavy emphasis on B2B Tech or SaaS brands.
Agency Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks under deadlines, and pivot strategies based on client goals.
AEO & Generative Search Expertise: Solid understand of vector search, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), entity graphs, and how modern AI tools retrieve and synthesise content.
AI & Automation Proficiency: Practical, hands-on experience using AI software and automation scripts to handle heavy-lifting operational tasks.
Client-Facing Skills: Strong verbal and written communication. Comfortable presenting data, answering tough questions on calls, and advising client marketing leads.
Tool Stack Mastery: Advanced experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, and Looker Studio.
