Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant role based in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Consultant will assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties, providing informed guidance and support throughout the transaction process. Daily responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting property visits, presenting suitable property options, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. The role involves negotiating terms, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and staying updated on local market trends and property regulations. The Real Estate Consultant will also participate in trainings, sales meetings, and promotional activities to strengthen product knowledge and improve client engagement.
Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property markets, particularly in Bengaluru.
Sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and deal closure.
Effective Negotiation abilities to secure favorable terms for clients and the company.
Experience in Training or willingness to participate in ongoing learning and skill development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic proficiency with digital tools and CRM or property listing platforms.
Relevant experience in real estate consulting or sales; a bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
