Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
Experience in building consumer-facing products or subscription systems.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with products that have a direct, measurable impact on user growth, engagement, or business.
Ability to think in systems and design for scalability while maintaining a sharp focus on business outcomes.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, collaborative environment across different time zones.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance technical, business, and organizational perspectives.
Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.

Photos is one of the most sought after products at Google and is looking for both client-side (web and mobile), with server-side (search, storage, serving) and machine intelligence (learning, computer vision) Software Engineers. Responsibilities

Evolve the experience used by over 150m subscribers and own driving upgrades and growth via promotions and offers.
Own the end-to-end product strategy for Google One's growth via upgrades and offers and how the team brings AI and the best of Google to all consumers.
Be at the forefront of personalization and target to tailor the messaging Google delivers to all G1 customers across Gmail, Gemini and more.
Upgrade metrics and be responsible for improving the offers engine to drive sign up uplift and real business growth.
