We help companies understand the tax policies and tax laws of governments around the world to plan and comply accordingly. Our teams leverage transformative technologies to deliver strategy and execution, from tax and regulatory obligations to operations and workforce management, to reduce risk and drive sustainable value.

We have competencies in Business Tax Services, Global Compliance and Reporting, Global Law, Indirect Tax, International Tax and Transaction Services.

Your Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Strong technical grounding in M&A Tax advisory, including tax structuring and due diligence for complex transactions. Hands-on experience in transaction tax matters across acquisitions, divestitures, and reorganizations. Working knowledge of direct tax provisions and their application to corporate and deal-related scenarios. Ability to analyze tax implications, identify risks, and support effective tax-efficient transaction outcomes. Exposure to consulting engagements with a focus on delivering accurate, practical, and compliance-aligned tax advice.
