What would you do Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This involves tasks such as campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management. The goal is to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of marketing technologies. Organize, categorize and publish content and information using specific tools and channels, for use by different groups and individuals within the organization.

What are we looking for

Working experience with an E-commerce background. Minimum 3 years of experience (preferably with E-commerce Platform/Enabler).
Operate seller centers fluently, Conduct regular SKU hygiene checks, and analyze key reports for sales, order performance, and store health.
Preferred knowledge of E-commerce Platforms (Marketplaces) and/or CMSs (SFCC, Magento, Shopify).
Maintain platform store content according to client specifications, including titles, descriptions, attributes, etc.
Lead the optimization of workflow through automation, coordinating activities, and addressing risks to ensure continuous improvement.

Workflow Optimization and Management: o Manage workflow optimization through automation. o Map, plan, and coordinate activities related to workflow. o Address WF/Queue related risks, collect feedback, and ensure continuous process improvement.
Strategic Partnership Development: o Foster strategic partnerships to drive mutual business success. o Develop a deep understanding of the client s business objectives and brand identity.
Project and Promo Management: o Manage and coordinate projects (tickets) end to end. o Execute all promo setups and submissions according to client requirements.
Store Content Management: o Maintain client platform s store content (title, descriptions, attributes, etc.) as per client specifications. o Coordinate with clients to update product details and price points.
Performance Analysis and Reporting: o Conduct daily SKU hygiene checks to assess competitiveness, sales performance, stocks, pricing, etc. o Operate Shopee/Lazada/Tokopedia/Tiki seller centers fluently. o Understand and analyze basic reports on Seller Centre, including sales and order performance, product performance, store health, and promotion performance.
Site Performance Reporting: o Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of site performance via Key Performance Indicators (e.g., service levels).
Relationship Building: o Build a strong relationship with the site operations team (Market POCs/ Oms/ Team Leads) to ensure proper execution of the capacity plan. o Provide general education regarding the best workflow management practices.
