Key Areas of Responsibility

Manage and grow strategic/key enterprise accounts

Drive new business, renewals, cross-sell & upsell

Position IT solutions based on customer business needs

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline

Work with Pre-Sales teams on demos, POCs, proposals & BOQs

Lead commercial negotiations and deal closure

Drive customer retention and account expansion

Maintain accurate CRM, forecasts and account plans

Track market trends and competitive intelligence

Job Requirements & Experience :

5–10 years of experience in B2B IT/SaaS/IT Solution Sales or Key Account Management

Experience with an IT System Integrator, Reseller or IT Distributor preferred

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Strong consultative selling & negotiation skills

Comfortable engaging with CXOs, IT & Procurement stakeholders

Strong CRM and pipeline management skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or related field; MBA/BTech preferred
