What would you do

You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
Fixed Asset Operations
Process asset acquisitions, capitalization, transfers, retirements, disposals, and write-offs.
Maintain fixed asset master data and ensure accuracy of asset records.
Review and validate supporting documentation for asset additions and changes.
Monitor capital expenditure (CAPEX) and ensure proper accounting treatment.
Depreciation & Month-End Close
Execute monthly depreciation runs.

Fixed Asset Operations
Process asset acquisitions, capitalization, transfers, retirements, disposals, and write-offs.
Maintain fixed asset master data and ensure accuracy of asset records.
Review and validate supporting documentation for asset additions and changes.
Monitor capital expenditure (CAPEX) and ensure proper accounting treatment.
Depreciation & Month-End Close
Execute monthly depreciation runs.
Prepare and post fixed asset journals and accruals.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure all asset transactions are recorded within agreed timelines.
Reconciliations & Reporting
Perform monthly fixed asset reconciliations between the Fixed Asset Register and General Ledger.
Investigate and resolve reconciliation differences.
Prepare roll-forward schedules and management reports.
Support audit requests and provide necessary documentation.
