Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
Maintain and update existing software components to improve reliability and performance.
Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.
Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Experience in customizing and extending ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within ITSM platforms.
Familiarity with scripting languages and integration techniques relevant to ServiceNow.
Understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
