Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. This role focuses on identifying and onboarding suitable restaurant partners, managing lead generation activities, and building a steady pipeline of prospective collaborations. The specialist conducts market research to understand local demand, competitive offerings, and growth opportunities for Dil Brands. Daily responsibilities include reaching out to prospective partners, presenting Dil Foods value proposition, negotiating terms, and supporting partners through the onboarding process. The role also involves maintaining ongoing relationships, gathering feedback, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, and tracking performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to interpret data, assess opportunities, and support data-informed decision-making.
Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to present to diverse stakeholders.
Lead generation and prospecting skills to identify, qualify, and nurture potential restaurant partners.
Market research capabilities to analyze trends, competition, and customer needs in relevant geographies.
Customer service orientation, with the ability to build long-term relationships and support partner success.
Experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or startup environments.
Ability to work on-site in Pune, travel locally as needed, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
