About AtumX

AtumX is building the next generation of 21st-century learning toys, not the kind you play with once and forget. We create fun, hands-on, technology-driven learning experiences that help students understand how the world actually works.

Our products sit at the intersection of play and learning: robotics, drones, electronics, and programming, turning complex ideas into things students can build, touch, and experiment with. Our philosophy: learning should feel like discovery, not memorization.

About the Role

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to own the complete B2B sales cycle for our US and European markets. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. Most of your conversations with prospects will happen over email, so you will manage the journey from first outreach to closed deal through clear, persuasive written communication, supported by virtual meetings with decision makers at schools, institutes, and corporate training organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and qualify leads across the US and European markets, with cold email outreach as the primary channel
Manage ongoing email conversations with prospects: handling replies, objections, follow-ups, and negotiations in writing through to closure
Own the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, product demo, negotiation, and closure
Build and run targeted email sequences that drive replies and meetings
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI-powered prospecting tools, sales automation, and CRM workflows to build and maintain a healthy pipeline
Schedule and lead virtual meetings with key decision makers across US and European time zones
Follow up on and convert inbound leads in coordination with the marketing team
Take a consultative approach: understand the client's needs before proposing a solution
Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue and activity targets

Must-Have Requirements

Proven US and/or Europe sales experience: you have sold to and closed clients in these markets, and understand their buying processes and business culture
Strong email conversation skills: you can write cold emails that get replies, and carry a prospect through a multi-email conversation to a closed deal
2 to 5 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of independently closing deals
Comfort working in US/Europe time zones
Working knowledge of a major CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) and modern sales tools
Fluent business English, both written and spoken; Hindi or other languages are a plus
Self-driven and organized, able to manage your own pipeline with minimal supervision

What Success Looks Like in 90 Days

Consistent achievement of monthly targets
A well-maintained, up-to-date CRM pipeline
Closed deals with US or European accounts, with minimal supervision

How to Apply

Send your resume to [HIDDEN TEXT] with:

A short note on a US or Europe deal you closed (deal size, sales cycle length, and how you closed it)
A sample email thread or cold email you have written that received a reply (client details can be removed)
