Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Bengaluru. The Barista will prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, handling payments, and providing responsive customer service. The role involves food preparation such as assembling light snacks or baked items, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and following health and safety guidelines. The Barista will restock supplies, operate café equipment, and work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth, efficient service throughout each shift.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to engage courteously, handle feedback, and build positive guest relationships.
Candidates should possess Barista skills, including beverage preparation, espresso-based drink making, and basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods.
Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for taking orders accurately, coordinating with team members, and conveying information to guests.
Candidates should possess Food Preparation skills, including safe handling of ingredients, basic kitchen hygiene, and simple food assembly.
