The Advanced Manufacturing, Mobility & Infrastructure (AMI) Industry Market contains the following industries: Aerospace and Defence, Chemicals, Infrastructure, Industrial Products, Automotive, and Transportation that includes Mobility-as-a-Service. Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Strong expertise in conducting financial due diligence across transactions, with the ability to assess historical and normalized financial performance. Proficient in analyzing financial statements, quality of earnings, working capital, net debt, and cash flow considerations. Experienced in identifying key deal risks, anomalies, and value drivers through structured financial analysis. Ability to support transaction advisory engagements by preparing clear, data-driven diligence findings and reports. Solid consulting fundamentals with a strong focus on due diligence execution and transaction-oriented financial analysis.
