Role Description The Sales Relationship Manager – Bajaj Life Direct Channel is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The position is responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships, handling inbound and outbound leads from the direct channel, and guiding prospects through the full sales cycle for Bajaj Life products. Day-to-day activities include understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate life insurance solutions, explaining product features and benefits, and ensuring timely closure of sales while maintaining high service standards. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for smooth policy issuance, tracking sales performance metrics, and adhering to compliance and regulatory guidelines. The Sales Relationship Manager is expected to proactively follow up with existing customers for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, support retention initiatives, and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications

Strong sales and relationship management skills, with the ability to understand customer needs, build trust, and convert leads into long-term policyholders.
Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and professional customer interaction.
Solid understanding of life insurance products, basic financial concepts, and the ability to explain product features, benefits, and terms in a simple and accurate manner.
