As an Associate Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of affluent customers, offering them a personalized banking experience. You will be the primary point of contact for your clients, providing expert advice and guidance on a range of financial products and services. Your role will involve understanding your clients unique needs and goals, and tailoring our bank's offerings to meet those requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with affluent customers to understand their financial needs and goals.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in relationship management or a similar role, preferably in the banking industry.
Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including investments, insurance, and banking solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Proven track record of successful relationship management and client retention.
Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant banking software.
