Role Description The Field Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur, responsible for driving enrollment and partnerships for Bharat Smart STEM's programs. Day-to-day activities include identifying and visiting schools, education centers, and community organizations, presenting STEM offerings, and building strong relationships with decision-makers and parents. The role involves conducting product demos and presentations, explaining program benefits, handling inquiries, and guiding prospective learners or institutions through the enrollment process. The Field Sales Executive will maintain a sales pipeline, achieve monthly and quarterly targets, gather market feedback, and coordinate with internal teams to support local campaigns, events, and outreach activities. Regular reporting on sales activities, territory performance, and customer feedback is expected.

Qualifications

Strong skills in field sales, lead generation, and relationship building with educational institutions and parents.
Ability to conduct effective presentations, product demonstrations, and persuasive communication in English and local languages.
Basic understanding of education or EdTech sectors, ideally with exposure to STEM-related products or services.
Comfort with using digital tools such as CRM software, spreadsheets, and communication platforms for tracking and reporting.
Self-motivated, target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in the field and manage time efficiently.
Willingness to travel within Nagpur and nearby areas for client visits, events, and outreach activities.
Preferred: Prior experience in field sales, education sales, or EdTech; a diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
