Are you a visionary pharmaceutical marketer ready to shape the APAC healthcare landscape

Join us as our Senior Regional Commercial Manager and drive the future of our growing pharmaceutical portfolio.

Your Impact

You will be the strategic architect behind our regional brand plans (RBP), launching innovative campaigns and guiding future portfolio strategies—including spotting prime in-licensing opportunities. Working closely with the Regional Commercial Head, you will champion commercial excellence, optimize ROI, and empower country marketing teams across the region in a dynamic, low-bureaucracy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Launch Excellence: Design and execute robust regional brand strategies, impactful digital campaigns, and educational programs to ensure phenomenal product launches.
Strategic Portfolio Management: Act as the architect for product lifecycles, translating clinical data and market intelligence into winning strategies and business development opportunities.
Commercial Operations: Partner with the Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) team to drive execution excellence and equip country teams with high-quality training materials.
Market Intelligence: Leverage competitive analysis, forecasting, and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement to proactively capture new business avenues.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Facilitate synergy between Medical, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain, and country-level teams to ensure complete alignment and market success.

What You Bring:

Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharma, or Medicine (MBA preferred), backed by 8+ years of marketing experience in a major pharmaceutical MNC, with at least 3 years in a regional role.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success driving product launches and managing brands across all stages of the product lifecycle.
Therapeutic Expertise: A strong background in oncology, specialty care, and/or cardio-metabolic fields is highly advantageous.
Modern Marketing Skills: A powerful blend of high-level strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a solid digital marketing toolkit.
Collaborative Leadership: Exceptional intercultural communication skills with a passion for empowering teams, building trust, and driving strong financial outcomes.
