Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and their application within SAP environments.
Experience in customizing and configuring SAP FI modules to meet business requirements.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP FI and other SAP modules or external systems.
Competence in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting implementations.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
