Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS).
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within enterprise software environments.
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and address system anomalies effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
Familiarity with performance monitoring and incident management tools.
