Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and implement enhancements is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve user experience and system efficiency.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages relevant to packaged and software as a service applications.
Strong knowledge of software release management and version control processes.
Ability to work with APIs and integrate testing solutions within low-code platforms.
Familiarity with performance testing and monitoring tools to ensure system stability.
Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application configurations and deployments.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
