Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues efficiently.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize business processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
Strong knowledge of application support processes and incident management.
Experience in troubleshooting complex software issues within enterprise environments.
Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes.
Familiarity with integration points between Oracle Planning and Budgeting and other business systems.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
