We have competencies in Business Tax Services, Global Compliance and Reporting, Global Law, Indirect Tax, International Tax and Transaction Services.

Your Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Strong expertise in core direct tax provisions under Indian income tax law, with practical application in advisory engagements. Demonstrated experience in tax structuring and transaction support across deals, acquisitions, mergers, demergers, slump sale, liquidation, etc. Proficient in conducting tax due diligence and assessing tax implications for complex corporate transactions. Ability to analyze and interpret direct tax issues to support compliant, commercially aligned advisory solutions. Experience in handling transaction-oriented tax matters within a consulting environment, with focus on accurate technical execution.

Chartered Accountant

Experience

4-5 years of post-qualification experience in M&A tax and regulatory work
